Summary: DELIGHTFUL STAFF ALL AROUND! Daphne at the front desk. Morning & Night shift Bistro staff, others at the front desk…all exceptional! Breakfast & dinner were excellent! Room clean, but could use a deep dusting. Soft close room doors would be helpful

Summary: Was greeted warmly and with a friendly by Sheila at the front desk and when I spoke to her about some unruly guest that kept me up one night, she went out of her way to assist me.

Summary: Great customer service at check in and the restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable. The proprety is a little dated but clean. The lobby was hot and uncomfortable but the room was nice and cool.

Summary: We had to switch rooms because the first room we were given felt humid and smelled damp. After we switched rooms, the second room had a broken curtain rod, and the room wasn't particularly clean.
